molander balcony waterproofing will estimate the cost of the balcony from the blue prints during the budgeting process in order to make your job easier or we can visit the job site, take measurements, and provide an estimate.  Once the project begins, we can meet the superintendent on the job site to discuss the details required for properly waterproofing the balcony.

We use a semi-flexible, waterproof coating system to insure balconies are 100% watertight.  We also have a system to finish balconies in lieu of using tile.  This is a two step system.
